Ses débuts dans Destiny’s Child
En 1989, au cours d’un casting, Beyoncé rencontre Latavia Roberson avec laquelle elle forme un groupe baptisé Girl Tymes. En 1992, Kelly Rowland et Letoya Luckett les rejoignent pour former les Destiny’s Child. Le groupe signe chez Colombia Records en 1997, et apparait pour la première fois sur la scène internationale. Leur premier titre « Killing Time » figure sur la bande originale du film « Men in Black ».
Le groupe Destiny’s Child sort leur premier album, « The Writing Is On The Wall”, qui se vend à plus de 10 millions d’exemplaires. Le single « Say My Name » reste n° 1 des charts singles américains pendant neuf semaines.
En 2000, Letoya et Latavia quittent le groupe. Désormais, les Destiny’s Child sont un trio dont le succès ne se dément pas grâce à l’album « Survivor ».
La carrière solo de Beyoncé
En 2002, Beyoncé remporte le titre de « Meilleur auteur pop de l’année » décerné par l’ASCAP. Elle est la première femme noire à remporter ce prix. Elle entame ensuite une carrière solo en 2003. Le premier album, Dangerously in love, rencontre un grand succès et remporte un nombre record de récompenses. Cet album est réalisé en collaboration avec de nombreux artistes de renom tels que Jay-Z, Missy Elliot, FAnatic, Luther Van Dross, IAM et bien d’autres. En parallèle, elle se lance dans une carrière d’actrice. On la retrouve dans « Austin Powers : Goldmember », « The Fighting Temptations », « Dreamgirls » et « La panthère rose ».
En 2006, le deuxième opus arrive dans les bacs, « B’Day ». Deux ans plus tard, elle sort un autre album intitulé « I Am… Sasha Fierce ». Grâce aux singles « If I were a boy », « Single ladies » et son clip phénomène ou encore « Halo », l’album connaît un immense succès. Le quatrième album est sorti en 2011 intitulé « 4 ». L’album s’écoule à plus de 5,1 millions d’exemplaires. Trois autres albums sont sortis : Beyoncé en 2013, Lemonade en 2016 et Everithing Is Love en 2018.
Côté vie privée, Beyoncé est mariée à Jay-Z. Le couple a une petite fille prénommée Blue Ivy et des jumeaux, un garçon, Sir Carter et une fille, Rumi.

Always hoping that you are in good health, we send you a cordial and loving greeting from Brussels, Belgium.
My name is JOSE ORTIZ SANCHEZ and I am 66 years old, I also have two daughters, the oldest is 23 and the youngest is 17, both are fans of your songs and followers of your career, their dream is to one day touch you even if it is from afar, you can imagine.
We are a family of Bolivian immigrants residing in this country (Belgium) for more or less 40 years and my daughters were born here. They grew up with all the illusions of age and recognizing your artistic talent of which I know very little, to be honest. On the other hand, they dedicate themselves to venerating artists like you who exude talent and that is part of their lives and without falling into excess, we accompany them in their dreams, as any parent would do in our place.
A few days ago, SONY organized a Beyonce fan meeting and my daughters participated and won the privilege of attending the launch of your latest album and we made the sacrifice of taking them to the event. It lasted a few hours from the wait until the end of the event, but that didn’t matter and although the next day was a school day for the little girl and university for the other, the only idea of sharing something of yours was stronger then have to sleep very little.
I don’t have the slightest idea how these things are organized, but it seemed to me personally, that there was a lack of importance in the management of your image and that the event was held because it was what had to be done. Needless to say, my daughters left hungry for Beyonce and although they were happy with the little they had, I saw in their faces the disappointment of not having even received a poster or a photo signed by you, there was nothing that served as I remember having participated in a Beyonce night, of which they would be proud, instead there was no more talk at Beyonce’s house, and the country hats that they had bought went to the closet without comment.
My comment is not interested except in your image, because at least in the house, we begin to lose sight of you and that in a natural way and because of a poorly organized event, in the marketing sense. I think it will be a while until I hear your songs again and hear them talk about the strength of fighter and businesswoman that you are.
Dear Beyonce, I know you through the eyes of my daughters, who until a few days ago were feverish and suddenly turned off, I honestly don’t know what they expected from this event, but I’m sure it didn’t have the impact it should have and I’m writing these to you. lines so that there is a concern about how your image is handled in these types of events.
